D'Alessandro Law PLLC: Trusted Advocacy Rooted in Experience and Family Values

At D'Alessandro Law PLLC, Diana D'Alessandro brings 15 years of legal expertise to her practice, specializing in a wide range of services including real estate transactions, estate planning, estate administration & probate, and civil litigation. Beyond her professional credentials, however, lies a story of family influence and personal mission that shape her approach to practicing law.

A Calling Discovered Early

"Growing up, I enjoyed watching CourtTV with my mom. I remember being fascinated by the lawyers and the entire court process," Diana shares. "I admired the role of attorneys and how they would stand before a court on behalf of another, giving a voice to someone who, for whatever reason, was unable or afraid to speak for themselves."

This early fascination wasn't just passing curiosity. "I knew from a young age that I wanted to be a lawyer and, frankly, I never once considered a different profession," she affirms.

Family Foundations

Her family background has profoundly shaped Diana's legal journey. Coming from a law enforcement family, her path seemed destined for criminal law. Her father, a decorated DEA agent who retired as a Senior Executive, remains her primary inspiration.

"My Dad taught me the meaning of hard work and pursuing your passion. He never let anyone or anything stand in his way of achieving excellence," Diana reflects. Though he passed away in 2021, just before she opened her practice, his influence remains constant. "Not a day goes by that I don't think of him and how proud he would be of what I have achieved as an attorney and now a business owner. He continues to inspire me every day."

Motherhood and Business Ownership

While her father's legacy drove her professional excellence, her children inspired her entrepreneurial leap.

"My children are the primary reason I decided to open my own practice. I knew that being a business owner would allow me the flexibility to decide work/life balance on my own terms for the first time in my career," Diana explains. With two boys, ages 8 and 4, she has created a practice that honors both her professional calling and personal priorities. "I am, unapologetically, a mother first and attorney second."

A Different Kind of Law Practice

Diana's approach to law focuses on accessibility and compassion. "Contacting a lawyer - for any reason - can be intimidating. I have a genuine interest in being there for people who need help in an often difficult time of their lives," she notes. "I aim to provide legal assistance in an approachable way so people are not afraid to contact me for help."

This philosophy translates to meaningful client relationships across her practice areas. "My job is incredibly rewarding. I enjoy being there for people, earning their trust, and relieving their angst about whatever issue has brought them to me. I provide peace of mind to my estate planning clients; comfort and care to my estate administration clients; and zealous advocacy for my litigation clients who often just need to feel that someone is 'in their corner.'"

D'Alessandro Law PLLC continues to grow, with Diana actively balancing her roles as attorney, business owner, and mother, while carrying forward the values of service and excellence instilled by her family legacy.
