As a dedicated HVAC & Plumbing professional since 2006, Jeff Hood is committed to providing exceptional heating, cooling, and plumbing solutions for homes in Northern Virginia. Jeff is married with two sons, ages 17 and 15, and remains active in the community. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, Jeff prides himself on delivering reliable service, expert installations, and energy-efficient options that not only ensure optimal comfort for every client but also contribute to a healthier environment.
Dan McCarthy, Owner
Dan started working for a local plumber when he was 19 years old. His mentor, whom Dan describes as "the most decent man he knew," treated everyone fairly and honestly. That experience laid the foundation for Dan's desire to own and operate an HVAC company in the same way. Dan firmly believes that if you do your very best to treat people fairly and honestly daily, success will follow—a philosophy that has guided J Hood Services since its founding in 1998.
